Webcurl Ltd, an established, Digital Agency based in Oxford seeks a full-time B2B Marketeer looking for the next step in their career or, a proven Marketing Manager who has an established track record in developing & executing robust digital communications plans to support our ongoing business plans.

Webcurl has over 12 years’ experience building solutions primarily for the public sector and SME market. Our product range includes Content Management Systems (CMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and our internally developed product which facilitates integration between CMS and CRM systems.

Marketing Manager Role:

As a marketing manager, you will work closely with Sales & Marketing and the Managing Director to develop & execute a marketing strategy which supports the business plan and helps drive future business growth.

Responsibilities as a  Marketing Manager:

  • Design the marketing strategy and co-ordinate with colleagues its execution to re-establish brand awareness of Webcurl, the business benefits our solutions and broader portfolio offers to our prospective and existing client base.
  • Write, proof and edit copy for our B2B company literature and other marketing collateral, such as articles, product pages, case studies and more.
  • Create engaging social media content that promotes our products and brand, alongside targeted advertising campaigns.
  • Help organise, set-up and attend company exhibitions, online webinars etc.
  • Collate email lists, set-up campaigns and send mailshots at scheduled times for external stakeholders.
  • Organise new on-site product photography and in-location images.
  • Implement Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) knowledge within the copy you create.
  • Execute full audit of in-house documents and research of competitors.
  • Update and provide monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
  • Conduct keyword ranking analysis.
  • General marketing admin.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing (or related) is required, 2:1 (equivalent) or higher.
  • 3+ years' experience within marketing field, B2B preferred but not essential.
  • A passion and drive for a future in B2B marketing and digital marketing.
  • Strong written English and copywriting skills.
  • In Design & Photoshop skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Organisation, with the ability to mentor, delegate, and multi-task in a busy operational environment.
  • Self-management, oversee your own task list, and keep objectives moving forward.
  • Attention to detail, spot and remove discrepancies when reviewing marketing content.
  • Communication, confidently converse with different internal departments as well as externally with suppliers and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 p.a. depending on experience
