Streamlining Customer Interactions

This on-demand webinar was recorded at the recent Inside Government event, “Enhancing Public Sector Marketing and Communications” 

It demonstrates a resident reporting a missed bin and a Customer Service Representative (CSR) requesting a meeting with a resident. This meeting is entered into our Customer Experience Platform and is subsequently available to our Amazon Alexa "Virtual Receptionist" skill.

We are also highlighting simple integration with the collaboration tool Slack which notifies the CSR team when the resident has arrived.

This webinar demonstrates simple integration using Alexa and Slack but can be extended to numerous back office applications.
